This Return & Refund Policy describes our policies and procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Customized, personal items and clearance goods are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@yueju-tong.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Once approved, we will send you return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to show up in your account, depending on your card issuer.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at our cost.
5. Non-refundable cases
Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
Sale items cannot be refunded except for quality issues.
